"Unknown" Is a Valid Lost Reason

When the reason an opportunity was lost is not known, Unknown must be recorded. This is not a failure of process - it is the correct response to genuine uncertainty. Recording a guessed reason as though it were fact corrupts the data. Recording Unknown preserves integrity and allows for refinement later when evidence becomes available.
