Qualification Never Stops

Qualification governs when expectations may increase and when progression is permitted at every stage without exception. Exiting a stage does not mean qualification is complete. An opportunity that was qualified to enter a stage may become unqualified while in that stage. Qualification must be reassessed at every interaction. Therefore, Qualification cannot be the name of a stage.
