Every change to an opportunity's stage, every correction to a record, and every override of a system rule must be traceable. Silent changes, unattributed edits, and undocumented overrides are invalid regardless of intent. The auditability of the record is not optional - it is what makes the data trustworthy as an operational and historical asset.
